About The Event

The retreat will run from 4pm October 29 until 11am November 2 at Native Residence in Rosarito, Baja Norte, Mexico. Check them out on Instagram @nativeresidence to see how awesome this eco-friendly accomodation is!

Rosarito is an easy 38km highway drive south from the San Ysidro border crossing in San Diego.

The retreat will include:

4 nights accommodation at Native Residence

Most meals and snacks, plant based (some meals will be eaten out so we can get some great Mexican food!)

Transportation in our passenger van from San Diego to Native Residence on the 29th and back to San Diego on the 2nd. This will be optional and if you would rather drive yourself that is totally fine! You can also fly into Tijuana and take a taxi to Rosarito.

All transportation during retreat adventures - we’ll be going to La Bufadora (“the blowhole” a super cool natural water attraction), Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe, and hopefully to some Dia de los Muertos festivities

Surf lessons and/or surfboard rental

Daily or twice daily yoga and meditation

Not included:

A couple meals we'll be eating out

Transport for yourself to get to Rosarito or San Diego

Parking in San Diego (if you’re leaving your car there and traveling with us)

The early bird prices are:

$1050 for a queen bed to yourself

$950 for a shared queen bed (so $1900 for a couple or 2 friends willing to share)

Prices will go up on May 1, if the retreat is not sold out before then!

One Scholarship is available for a person in recovery who has never been to Mexico before and cannot afford the retreat on their own. Email us @ info@biggerlifeadventures.com to apply!

International travel details:

Obviously you will need a passport so if you don’t have one apply now!

We will be closely monitoring the covid situation and if negative covid tests are still required to get back into the USA in November, we will find a place nearby where we can all go as a group to get tested.

Zach and I have traveled extensively in Mexico, especially in this area of Baja. If you haven’t been to Mexico before you can trust in our competency and Spanish speaking abilities as guides! Please let me know if you have any questions!
