About The Event

Transformational breathwork is an effective path to mindfulness, healing, and higher states of consciousness. It can also be used as a training method for "bio-hacking" the body -- learning to control the supposedly automatic functions of body temperature, digestion, immune response, and nervous system reactivity. Because of it's ability to release happy "feel good" chemicals in the brain, the Wim Hof breathing method has been scientifically proven to assist in releasing trapped emotion and trauma from the body, and to be of great value in treating addiction, depression, and anxiety.

In this workshop, we'll dive into talking about the history and benefits of transformational breathwork and how it relates to ancient yoga and pranayama techniques. Learn about the science behind the breathwork, the numerous benefits, and scientific studies being undertaken now. We'll breathe through 4 or more rounds of Wim Hof breathing with sound healing accompaniment, and end with a cold immersion experiment in our outdoor tub. Then hop in our new cedar sauna to warm up!

This event will max out at 10 people, so sign up soon!

Cost: $45 per person
