Joshua Tree Desert Yoga Campout

Our Joshua Tree yoga and adventure retreat includes daily yoga and meditation, guided rock climbing for all levels, delicious plant-based food, community, and more! Join us for a funky and inspiring time in the desert this fall! We’re getting back to Bigger Life Adventures’ roots with this retreat, which will be a rustic campout gathering at a spacious private property right outside Joshua Tree National Park. If you’re looking for a laid-back retreat experience in nature with awesome people and heartfelt yoga sessions, this is it! This retreat will max out at 12 guests in order to keep the community small and intimate. Your accommodation choices include BYO tent camping, vehicle camping or a fun vintage camper.

The Joshua Tree desert is an otherworldly landscape which you really have to see to believe! We love hosting retreats here because we get to blend outdoor adventure with mystical meditation and inspired creativity! We can’t wait to reveal what we have planned for this one! This retreat has been designed to enable healing and breaking down of personal barriers. Our goal is to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling stronger and more connected. We strongly encourage you to use your retreat time as a “digital detox” as well, although you get to decide what that means to you!

Our top priority: creating a safe place for you to be immersed in nature, try new things, and connect with like-minded people. Like all of our events, this is an alcohol and recreational substance-free weekend. You do not have to be sober in real life to attend, but you must be willing to maintain sobriety and support for those in recovery throughout the retreat. Thank you!

Only 3 spots left for 2024!

A supportive, alcohol-free environment for anyone recovering from anything or anyone who is “sober-curious”. We’re all in this together and here to lift each other up!

“Ahhhhh getting out of my comfort zone! Consistently challenging myself with new ideas, interactions, people, and places. Mindful living with like-minded individuals and integration of the medicine that is all around us. Yet being in immersive community with all flavors of the human experience with intentional gathering. Leaning into the herbal alchemy that is mother nature. Gratitude for not only listening but surrendering to my heart tugs. That is all for now.”

Since all retreat deposits and payments are used to secure venues, activities, and supplies, and since canceled spots require extra time and energy to re-fill, all deposits and payments are non refundable. In emergency situations, you may or may not be offered a credit for a future retreat or event, based on the decision of our team. Cancellations due to fear of travel are not transferable or refundable. Cancellations less than 1 month before your retreat are not refundable or transferable.
