Welcome to Our Morning Sadhana with Carrie this April!

Yoga, breath, and meditation live online April 13-24

6:30-7am PST/9:30-10am EST

Each practice is a 30 minute session, guided by Carrie Monday through Friday 2 weeks in a row with Saturday and Sunday off. Join once, twice, or every morning!

In yoga, a “sadhana is a personal, consistent spiritual practice—something you return to daily to steady the mind, awaken the body, and reconnect with what matters most. The community element of a sadhana is the shared commitment to practice together, even when each person is joining virtually from their own home. Carrie is honored to have been invited to teach for two weeks this February in a long-running online sadhana that is open for anyone to join via Zoom!

Our morning sadhana will adhere to tradition by taking place in the early morning, and weaving together movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), and meditation. The theme of our two weeks together will be RESILIENCE with the goal to collectively build resilience of body, mind, and spirit so that we may shine light in a tumultuous world. Bhakti yoga practices like chanting and singing Sanskrit mantras will be guided as well.

All are welcome to join for one, a few, or all live morning practices. If mornings aren’t usually your thing, it’s okay! Show up in your pajamas, with your camera off or on, whatever suits you. The point is not perfection, but the consistent devotion of showing up for a daily practice. Come as you are.

If you’re curious to experience some or all of this sadhana for yourself, you can register on this page for an individual morning, a full week (5 practices), or the whole 2 weeks (10 practices). Practices will build on each other but also stand alone so it’s also okay if you can’t make them all.

These online practices are priced to be accessible to all:

Single class: $5

One week (5 classes): $22

Two weeks (10 classes): $40

Then click “Book Now” and enter your contact information and payment information. You’ll receive an email reminder before we begin on February 16 with the Zoom link and preparation instructions.

Come as you are, roll out of bed, and log in. Let these two weeks be a reset—a chance to build rhythm, clarity, and connection through shared practice.
