Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that committing to a retreat is a meaningful decision. Time, money, and emotional energy all play a role, and we aim to be as clear and transparent as possible about our cancellation policy so there are no surprises.
Because all retreat deposits and payments are used in advance to secure venues, accommodations, guides, activities, and supplies, all deposits and payments are non refundable. Once your spot is reserved, funds are immediately allocated to support the experience and the people involved in making it possible.
Canceled spots also require additional time and energy to refill, often on short notice. For this reason, refunds are not available.
Emergency Situations and Credits
In the case of a true emergency, a credit toward a future retreat or event may or may not be offered, based on the discretion of our team. These decisions are made on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations due to fear of travel, changes of heart, or personal uncertainty are not transferable or refundable.
Cancellations made less than one month before your retreat start date are not refundable or transferable, regardless of circumstance.
Travel Insurance Is Strongly Recommended
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event that plans change. Travel insurance can help cover unexpected situations such as illness, injury, family emergencies, or travel disruptions.

This policy exists to support fairness, sustainability, and clear expectations for everyone involved. Hosting retreats requires significant upfront commitment, and honoring these policies allows us to continue offering thoughtful, well-supported experiences.
