Let’s be honest: we still love to have a good time. On our sober retreats, nights may include ecstatic dance, mocktails, storytelling, stargazing, sound baths, sauna/sweat lodge (location-dependent), and circle time connection without the crash. We still facilitate the kind of fun had on an amazing vacation, we’ve just found a more holistic way of doing so.

Do I have to be sober in my daily life? No. Our trips are alcohol-free during the retreat. We welcome people in recovery, sober-curious, and anyone wanting a clear, mindful reset.
Are all meals vegan? Yes, our vegan yoga retreat menus are plant-based, flavorful, and filling. Dietary needs? Tell us in advance.
