Whether you’re navigating transition, craving stillness, or seeking inspiration, this retreat offers you a chance to return to yourself, reclaim your wholeness, and flow to the next version of yourself—supported by sacred space, conscious community, and the magic of the Crescent City.
New Orleans isn’t just a backdrop—it’s a living, breathing part of the transformation.
Rooted in rhythm, resilience, and reverence for spirit, New Orleans offers an energy unlike anywhere else. It’s a city where history, artistry, and soul meet at every corner. New Orleans loves her celebrations…second lines in the streets, festivals galore, music at every corner, Mardi Gras madness, and everything in between. Instead of drinking and partying on this alcohol-free retreat, you’re invited to bask in the rich history, soul, and culture of this 300 year-old city with tranquility and reverence. Let’s slow down, become fully present, and find rest, relaxation, and restoration amidst the lively rhythms of the Crescent City.
Here’s why New Orleans is the perfect home for this women’s yoga retreat:
Sacred Rhythm & Culture – New Orleans pulses with a soulful energy. Music, dance, and storytelling are part of the city’s DNA—offering a natural invitation to reconnect with our own creative flow and inner voice.
Healing Through Community – As a retreat centered on connection, this retreat aligns with the city’s culture of hospitality, community care, and spiritual resilience. From second lines to sacred rituals, New Orleans understands collective healing.
Support for BIPOC & Women-Owned Businesses – New Orleans is rich with BIPOC-owned wellness spaces, artists, chefs, and healers. Hosting the retreat here allows us to directly support and uplift these vital voices while giving participants an authentic and grounded experience.
The Spirit of the Feminine: The Crescent City mirrors the divine feminine archetypes we explore in yoga’s mythology. New Orleans is powerful (like the goddesses Kali/Durga), creative (like goddess Saraswati), and abundant (like goddess Lakshmi)—a space where mystery and magic meet the everyday.
To say yes to this retreat in New Orleans is to align with a city that already knows transformation, already knows rhythm, and already knows how to hold you in your becoming.
Let’s step away from the stereotypes of Bourbon Street and Mardi Gras. Experience the true magic of the Crescent City in exuberant and total presence on this alcohol-free New Orleans retreat.
New Orleans Retreat Weather: Worried about the weather? Don’t! We’re skipping those super steamy summer months!
🌡️ Temperatures in early May: Highs usually range from 82–84°F, with mild nights in the mid-to-upper 60s.
🌧️ Precipitation: May is part of the transition into New Orleans’ rainy season, so afternoon rain is possible. A sun/cloud mix is expected most of the day.

LaTesha teaches from the heart, creating a practice that is grounded, compassionate, and fun. Her genuine passion for yoga creates a space that’s both safe and uplifting—where you’re free to explore, soften, and just be. Each class strikes a thoughtful balance between playful discovery and soothing stillness. Whether we’re laughing through a creative flow or resting in quiet reflection, I always leave feeling more connected, centered, and renewed after her classes.
