LaTesha teaches from the heart, creating a practice that is grounded, compassionate, and fun. Her genuine passion for yoga creates a space that’s both safe and uplifting—where you’re free to explore, soften, and just be. Each class strikes a thoughtful balance between playful discovery and soothing stillness. Whether we’re laughing through a creative flow or resting in quiet reflection, I always leave feeling more connected, centered, and renewed after her classes.

This retreat takes place on a Monday through Friday because it makes accommodations more budget-friendly and the city’s tourist attractions less busy. We highly recommend extending your trip to experience more of NOLA! The weekend before the retreat is Jazz Fest, if you are interested. The weekend after the retreat will be more chill and less busy.

Cancellations due to fear or travel are not refundable or transferable.
